P.M. Boiler No. 2

This is a beautiful 1/12th scale replica of a North American Puget “top line boiler” and fits perfectly along side our steam engines and our 1/12th scale machine tools. This boiler is considerably larger than the Nr.1 and is capable of driving all of our steam engines apart from the full size Nr. 4 or Nr 6. The kit comes with all parts to complete and consists of: 14 aluminium castings - front and rear boiler door frames, front and rear fire box end plates damper doors, 4 damper vents, chimney base and fire doors. All bar stock, rivets, solder and materials including a finished safety valve and water gauge and detailed drawings with full construction / assembly information. The boiler is made from copper tube and the tube plates are formed and punched. The fire box outer is a pre-formed steel sheet. The boiler is 11” long, 4 ½” wide, 8 ½ “ to the top of the dome and 16 ½” to the top of the chimney.
