DB Class V 200.0 (from 1968: Class 220) was one of the first diesel-hydraulic express locomotives of the German Deutsche Bundesbahn and - as Am 4/4 - of the SBB-CFF-FFS in Switzerland.

The model is available as an unpainted kit. The many details, on the exterior as well as inside the cab, are either polyurethane mouldings or nickel etched parts. The bogies, with cast aluminium details, are pre assembled and fitted to the chassis. The electronic controller is fitted to the chassis, wiring loom assembled and fitted with fuses and battery clips. The hand controller has a sprung lever, a battery status display, horn switch as well as 3 levers for additional functions. Acrylic windows and transfers for the lettering are also included. Illustrated build instructions. Estimated build time 80 hours without painting. Batteries are not included.
